- Confirms you purchased from a SWIZA Authorized Dealer

- Unfortunately, without a valid form of proof of purchase the warranty is not valid, but we

will have other after-sales options, so do get in touch.

NEXT STEPS

Once we receive proof of purchase and the item you purchased we will get back in touch as quickly as possible to confirm if your product breakage is covered under our warranty policy or provide other repair / replacement options.

- Covered under Warranty:
Your item will be repaired free of charge and returned to you or if repair can’t be performed, we will offer you an exchange for the same or equivalent model

- Not covered under Warranty:
If for whatever reason your product is deemed not to be covered under our warranty policy we will discuss all available options with you under our subsidized after-sales program.

PLEASE NOTE:

Some SWIZA products will require the item to be returned to us for repair, your local customer care agent will provide all the return details and reference numbers so your repair can be handled as quickly as possible and returned to you.
