Founded in 1904, SWIZA has been developing and producing clock movements, alarm clocks and table clocks in Delémont for more than 110 years without interruption. As a real manufactory SWIZA SA produces its own movement.

The team of Helvetica Brands, founded in October 2013 was led by the vision to create a new authentic Swiss knife brand with a home base in the Swiss Jura and a world-wide distribution. The two companies joined forces in opening a new chapter in the SWIZA history book. New SWIZA products, revised branding, new communication and distribution are developed since.

In 2015 the new brand was presented to the public during Baselworld tradeshow in March and in October the new ambassador product, the SWIZA knife was launched.
